These homes were built in 2024 with over 7000sq ft of space, 12 bedrooms, outdoor patio, TV's in all bedrooms, dining, and all new appliances. This home has everything you need for your trip. Come and enjoy some modern features while staying in the south of Tampa close to St. Pete & Clearwater. Plenty of sheets and towels in the house for the entire group and the kitchen comes fully stocked. 12 bedrooms with 8 full baths and another 2 half baths by each of the kitchens. These homes have 20 bed sleeping options if necessary. We have 14 pillow-top mattress beds. Each house has 5 bedrooms upstairs featuring 4 king beds and 1 queen. On the main level of each home is 2 twin beds. Additionally there are king and queen air mattresses in the common spaces of each home.
